The location is great, close to public transport and shopping centers.
The rooms don't quite match the pictures online. The furniture looks a bit old. My room was in a separate building and I needed to use a fire escape. It wasn't what I expected (a bit unsettling).

The staff was friendly and helpful . I originally booked a twin room, but staff gave us a double and single room upon arrival. This room change accommodated my toddler. The location was great with a five minute walk to Hyde Park.
The hotel is near the tube station and Hyde Park, but the windows were thin. New windows are need to cut out the noise. My window wouldn't lock at night on the ground floor.

old furnitureworn bedding
the room looked worn. the furniture seemed old to me. i also noticed the bedding had seen better days. this was disappointing because it didn't match the images online. i also found a spider crawling on the carpet.

The location proved excellent because it offered quick access to the central line and paddington station, both within walking distance. i found the rooms clean and the beds provided comfortable sleep after long days. the staff impressed me with their friendliness. They are helpful with directions and other assistance. the front desk person was friendly and he accommodated us with twin beds, that was great.
The internet connection was unstable at times. It frequently disconnected during use.

Dilip, the host, greeted all the guest in a professional way, and he was very hospitable . he ensured my stay was comfortable. I felt very welcome by all staff members. the employees are always smiling, available, and ready to help or advice.

The room i had was clean. The housekeeping staff came daily to clean it and change the towels. i had a kettle, coffee, tea and milk. This was always available in the room. there is a lift in the building, so reaching upper floors isn't a problem.
